Where do I place my diffuser for best results?
Place your Nira Breeze Haven on a stable, open surface. Preferably at table height, not directly next to windows or ventilation. This way, the aroma will spread evenly, and the scent experience will remain subtle and natural.
How long does a 120ml bottle last?
The duration of a 120 ml bottle depends on the set scent intensity and how often the diffuser is active. On average, one bottle lasts between 300 and 600 hours.
With normal use, for example, 8 hours a day on a medium setting, this amounts to a period of approximately 5 to 10 weeks.
If you choose a lower intensity or do not use the diffuser daily, the scent can even last for up to 3 months.
Cleaning my diffuser?
To ensure optimal performance and a pure scent experience, the Nira Breeze Haven should be cleaned in the following situations:
- When you switch aroma oil types
- When mist production noticeably decreases
Cleaning procedure:
1. Carefully remove the atomizer head and unscrew the oil bottle.
2. Fill the empty oil bottle with an appropriate amount of cleaning alcohol. Place the bottle back into the device and let it produce mist for approximately 5 minutes to prevent scent transitions.
3. Allow the entire unit to dry completely before using the device again.

Can I change my shipping details after placing an order?
We understand that details sometimes change. If you wish to amend your shipping details, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We will update the information if the order has not yet been shipped.
What is the delivery time?
We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days within the Netherlands. For international orders, this may take 7-14 business days, depending on your location.
